Chief Operating Officer
Alex Kreymer is the Chief Operating Officer of Return on Intelligence, responsible for global business operations, sales, marketing, delivery, and the development of industry practices.
Most recently, Alex Kreymer served as Chief Operating Officer for Exigen Capital and Chief Executive Officer of Exigen EbIT. At Exigen Capital he was responsible for organizing operations and strengthening the relationships between Exigen’s affiliate companies. At Exigen EbIT, he was responsible for driving the company’s strategy, direction and development.
Previously, during more than 25 years at EDS, Alex held a variety of client-facing, operational and service delivery roles in both the public and commercial sectors in multiple industries and geographies. Most recently, he served as the EDS Vice President and Regional Operational Director for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East and Africa – a $4 billion business with more than 20,000 employees – where he led an unprecedented operational transformation and service delivery improvement in the region. Prior to this role, Alex was the Chief Operating Officer for a record-breaking $6.9 billion contract, linking more than 350,000 users to one of the largest intranets in the world.
Earlier in his career with EDS, Alex held other senior leadership roles in the EMEA and Latin America operations, government, and industry products and solution delivery organizations. In the late 1990’s, he was the Managing Director of a $3 billion 10-year outsourcing contract with the UK Inland Revenue Department.
Alex holds MS and BS degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics.
VP of Finance
As the Director of Finance Anna overseas finance, reporting and accounting activities through RoI group and holds responsibility for corporate financial planning, corporate reporting, procurement oversight, statutory compliance issues, relations with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
Anna began her career as an accountant in Ukrainian subsidiary of Glencore Grain B.V. and then continued her professional development in assurance department of at Ernst and Young Audit Services in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she led complex assurance projects for top Ukrainian industry, media and trade companies. Anna completed her career path from assurance staff to assurance manager within 4 years.
Anna joined Return on Intelligence in 2010 as CIS Finance Director and since 2012 she leads finance and accounting function throughout the RoI group.
Ivars has more than 30 years of experience in the IT sector. He started his career as a programmer in one of the Exigen Services’ predecessor companies, gradually advancing to higher positions. In the mid-1990s, he assumed the responsibilities of financial director and deputy chairman of the board of DATI (which later became part of Exigen Services Latvia), where in 1999 he was appointed as general director. In 2006, he continued as CEO at Exigen Services Latvia.
In May 2013, Ivars received a Latvian Republic state award – third class Cross of Recognition (Croix de la reconnaissance) and was appointed as Commander of the Cross of Recognition. In autumn 2015 he became Honorary Member of the University of Latvia.
